Our Community Champion / Tester will be the voice of the customer inside our company. It's either a person with communication background who is proficient with technology to perform a decent and thorough test on the games, or someone with technology background who is comfortable with social media campaigns and interacting with the players. When interacting with the team, that person will be responsible for providing the player's perspective and make sure the games evolve according to the player needs.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report players feedback and online reviews back to the team in order to improve user experience
  • Test game features, making sure they have been implemented correctly according to user's needs
  • Sign off on new releases by teasing the key aspects of the game and their interaction with new features
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Communicate new features and updates to the players
Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good understanding of the technology behind the games and how the different pieces fit together for them to work
  • Excellent communication and writing
  • Experience launching online community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
